SRPF Sponsorship Information

If you are interested in becoming a SRPF sponsor, please complete the SPONSOR FORM and return to us via email or USPS.

Sponsor Levels

Platinum Sponsor – $1,500 +

  • ➢ Open to any agriculture or conservation group, NGO or agribusiness
  • ➢ In-kind services currently needed by SRPF will be considered
  • ➢ Logo placement in SRPF print and electronic newsletter
  • ➢ Full Page advertorial profile in 1 SRPF newsletter (can include ½ page ad and ½ page profile)
  • ➢ Recognition in event printed materials, signage, electronic and social media
  • ➢ Promotional use of the SRPF logo and art
  • ➢ Ability to provide speakers for events and field days where appropriate
  • ➢ Logo and link placement on the Sponsorship page of the SRPF website
  • ➢ Recognition at SRPF Events

    • Gold Sponsor – $1,000

  • ➢ Open to any agriculture or conservation group, NGO or agribusiness
  • ➢ Logo placement in SRPF print and electronic newsletter
  • ➢ Promotional use of the SRPF logo and art
  • ➢ Logo and link placement on the Sponsorship page of the SRPF website
  • ➢ Recognition at SRPF Events

    • Silver Sponsor – $500

  • ➢ Open to any agriculture or conservation group, NGO or agribusiness
  • ➢ Logo and link placement on the Sponsorship page of the SRPF website
  • ➢ Recognition at the SRPF Events

    • SRPF Field Days – $500

  • ➢ Sponsorship of a field demonstration site
  • ➢ Table top booth at demo site
  • ➢ Recognition in all printed materials for event
  • ➢ Ability to distribute materials at events and display signage
  • ➢ Display and demonstrate equipment (if applicable) and send reps to event
  • ➢ Promotional use of the SRPF logo and art
  • ➢ Logo and link placement on the Sponsorship page of the SRPF website
  • ➢ Logo and link placement on the event page of the SRPF webpage

    • Meal Function/Hospitality Sponsor at SRPF Event (Actual Cost)

  • ➢ Open to any stakeholder interested in supporting a SRPF meal function at any event
  • ➢ Exclusive signage rights to meal function
  • ➢ Introduction and reserved seating at meal function – ability to address crowd where appropriate
  • ➢ "Sponsored by" designation in all printed materials and meal tickets
  • ➢ Your printed materials and giveaways at meal function
  • ➢ Logo and link placement on the event page of the SRPF website
  • ➢ Promotional use of the SRPF logo and art
